Faculty Spotlight: Christopher Kiscaden shares how Packback’s AI promotes robust online discussions
Christopher Kiscaden used LMS discussions in his management courses but wasn’t satisfied with the quality of conversations from his students. With Packback, Kiscaden found that the system’s artificial intelligence provided quality control, leading to more robust online discussions. Now, Kiscaden can spend less time moderating online discussions and more time interacting with his students.
