“I’ve been using Packback; this is actually the first semester I’ve been using it. And I did it because I was trying to enhance engagement outside of class. I have used our LMS system’s discussion board previously and have been disappointed with that. So, I bring it up in class as an opportunity for people to ask better questions. I teach business ethics, and as a result, there’s a lot of questioning that goes on, and I think it’s important that the students have the ability to formulate good questions. And probably even more importantly provide [good] answers.”
