Packback’s completed Higher Education Cloud Vendor Assessment Tool. This document, produced by Educause, is accepted at many universities as a security document describing vendors’ data policies, security practices, and accessibility.

Here at Packback, we know the most important feature we have is our platform’s uptime and reliability. Our site status page is a one-stop-shop to check on the health of the Packback platform, review scheduled downtime, and see alerts from the engineering team.

Packback List of Data Subprocessors

View the full list of vendors Packback uses to deliver Packback Questions that have the potential to interact with subscriber data (each, a “Subprocessor”). When engaging any third-party Subprocessor, Packback executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
